For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which may take 3-7 business days for delivery.
Express shipping options are also available at an additional cost.
We currently only ship within the United States.
Returns Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from Mux Traders.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
